This Privacy Policy explains how Fellow (“Fellow,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our website at fellow.solutions. Fellow provides bookkeeping, fractional controller, and fractional CFO services and is part of the Marrow ecosystem.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us or book a Finance Clarity Call, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs. This marketing site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site and serve you:
- Scheduling. Our booking page embeds a GoHighLevel / Outfit calendar widget. Details you enter there to book a call are processed by that provider to schedule and manage your appointment.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request data needed to deliver the pages to you.
- Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts; your IP address is visible to Google when fonts are requested.
- Document downloads. Resources such as the Finance Readiness Checklist are hosted on Google Drive and subject to Google’s terms when downloaded.
How we use information
We use the information you share to respond to your message, schedule and prepare for your call, deliver our services, and keep records required for legal and accounting purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
Our marketing pages set no first-party tracking cookies. The embedded scheduling widget on the booking page may set its own cookies when you interact with it, governed by that provider’s policy.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us. To make a request — or to ask any privacy question — reach the Fellow team via our contact page and we’ll take care of it.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide our services, and to meet legal and tax obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Children’s privacy
Fellow’s services and this site are intended for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
